Psychotherapy / Trauma Therapy

Many adults who have been diagnosed with ADHD think that they need to get therapy. Often, what they are really asking for is coaching to help manage some of their symptoms and learn to function more effectively in their daily life.

Sometimes though, individuals do want or need therapy. They may have a history of trauma, or have a co-existing condition which can often be trauma-related such as recurrent depressive disorder, adjustment disorder or personality disorder.

Here, psychotherapy is specifically delivered for an individual with ADHD; taking into consideration your individual symptoms, and the neurodiverse brain and how it processes trauma.

Therapy is offered to adults aged 17+ for:

  • Trauma (childhood/developmental and military/combat and war)
  • Relationship issues
  • Loneliness and isolation
  • Identity/Life crises
  • Bereavement and loss
  • Stress
  • Menopause
  • Anxiety
  • Depression (mild to severe)
  • Substance use
  • Personality Disorders
